Long before we embarked on our journey, a famous Chinese proverb had created the template for our quest for excellence.
“A journey of a thousand miles begins with a simple step,” the proverb declares.
When IAIT Services was launched 10 years ago, we had one simple ambition: To be the best in the business. Yet, in order to attain that position, we had to put in the hard yards, to steel ourselves for the many hurdles and obstacles that were sure to be littered in our path forward and to overcome adversity.
We took heart, right at the inception of our enterprise, from a famous Rudyard Kipling quote which is paraphrased here: “If we met success and failure and treated them both as impostors, we would be a balanced company!”.

Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) company policy refers to our responsibility toward our business ecosystem, it is giving back to the world just as it gives to us. This policy applies to our company and its suppliers and partners.
Our company’s social responsibility falls under two categories mainly compliance and proactiveness. Compliance refers to our company’s commitment to legality and willingness to observe community values. Proactiveness is every initiative to promote human rights, help communities and protect our natural environment.

Our company recognizes the need to protect the natural environment. Keeping our environment clean and unpolluted is a benefit to all. We’ll always follow best practices when disposing garbage and using chemical substances. Stewardship will also play an important role.

Our company may preserve a budget to make monetary donations. These donations will aim to:
